Network Branding and Launch

Studio: VICE Visual Studios x Gretel
In March 2016, we launched our TV channel, VICELAND with all original content made by VICE. The network was a way for us to understand our world across a broad range of subjects, tones, and high and low cultures. Together with Gretel, we created a brand identity system with a functional aesthetic completely counter to any TV channel to date.
The VICELAND brand and identity has garnered numerous accolades, including a Clio Grand Prize, One Show ADC gold and silver, D&DA yellow and graphite pencils, Promax BDA gold, and Type Directors Club Judge’s Choice.
